Hello Julie,
I stumbled across your website looking for book club questions on Sarah Plain and Tall. My daughter and I started our own personal book club when my husband deployed in January. This was my way of finding some special one on one time with her during this separation. I will be visiting again so see what your Mother Daughter group is reading.
Hi Julie -- My daughter and I loved "Sarah, Plain and Tall." We just got finished reading its sequel, "Skylark," and enjoyed that very much too. We love being part of your Mother/Daughter Book Club and you now have us both hooked on Adagio teas! Thanks so much!
Hello Julie,
I too stumbled across your website while looking for some book club questions. My daughter had asked to start a club this summer with her friends. Great idea! I went to a local bookstore this weekend to attempt to find a book that all the girls might enjoy and was pointed in the direction of The Tail of Emily Windsnap. I've spent some time reading reviews, most positive and thought this might be a fun summer read. So I think we'll use it. Now my panic is that I've never participated in a book club, nor can I find a list of possible questions to share about this book. Can you share some advice?
Thanks so much.
Great site!
I really appreciate the fact that you have a mother & daughter book club that has some really interesting titles. I also enjoyed your "Snow Child" review and may check it out.
Keep up the good work.
