I actually read the book months ago when the hardcover came out because I really enjoyed Amanda Eyre Ward's other books (we even read one in my bookclub a few years ago.) FORGIVE ME is the story of an American journalist who returns to South Africa after her last assignment there ended in trajedy. It has many great themes for a bookclub discussion including love, motherhood, and redemption; and the reading guide is a great way to get the talk started.
