How fabulous, two of you using the same book (I want to read some of her books more than ever now....) Myxomatosis is a disease caused by a virus that has been used in Australia certainly, and possibly in the UK too, to control rabbit populations.
We have myxomatose too in French, well-known because having killed so much rabbits !
